E talks about youth violence in general but paragraph mentions certain groups of disaffected youth, how could we generalise it for all youth?
Also, why isnt B the answer, the paragraph does mention that propoganda does not stop violence completely which means doesnt solve the issue entirely because disaffected youth protest because of other reasons.

Why E is Correct:

Look at what E actually claims:
 
 E says: " To the extent that  propaganda may help decrease youth violence..."

That phrase "to the extent that" means "IF propaganda helps with youth violence (even a little), THEN it's probably not through faith-restoration."

E is NOT saying:
 
 ❌ "Propaganda definitely reduces ALL youth violence" 
 ❌ "This applies to EVERY single young person"

E is saying:
 
 ✅ "IF propaganda reduces youth violence at all, the mechanism isn't faith-restoration"

The passage establishes: youth violence stems from boredom/lack of vision (NOT lack of faith) → So any propaganda effect on youth violence MUST work through something other than faith-restoration.

Why B is incorrect:

The problem - B talks about the WRONG type of violence:
