The mass above the water to below the water,
(Lower limit): \(\dfrac{\frac{1}{7}}{\frac{7-1}{7}} = \dfrac{1}{6}\)
(Upper limit): \(\dfrac{\frac{1}{6}}{\frac{6-1}{6}} = \dfrac{1}{5}\)

I think,
Lets assume the weight of the ice as 60 kg;
then the ratio of ice (out/in)=10:50
which is 1:5
Even if we assume 120kg ice
then the ratio is 20:100
which 1:5
therefore, the ratio of ice (in/out ) has to be between 1/5 and 1/6.
