Hello,
I attempted GMAT twice - The scores are as below:
Verbal Quantitative Total
07th June,2010 41 (92%) 40 (55%) 660
17th August,2010 27 (43%) 49 (85%) 620
It is strange that my scores are not consistent. Now that i am planning to give it a shot again in another 3 months, i am finding it difficult to identify my 'weak areas' - is it Math or Verb?
Can someone help me in showing directions, please?

wow - are you sure you did not flip the numbers? Otherwise I am very surprised with a scoring like that.
the first one above is Verbal and the second is Quant?
Usually you would write it as 660 Q40 V41 (the same way as the sequence of section on the GMAT)

Since it has been more than a year, I suggest that you download gmatprep from mba.com and take a full length exam including AWA.
What is really interesting to note in the scores above is that you fell from 41 in Verbal to 27? Do you recall anything from the second test?

No, i didnt flip them. I posted them as they appeared in the score report.
