Watch out--it's not asking for the number with only swimming pools, just for the number with swimming pools (and possibly patios). It's B, by Irina's reasoning.

B.... 2nd is sufficient

Patio+ SP - both + neither = 75
As Both=neither; Patio+ SP = 75
Patio is given = 48; SP = 27
