Hi Experts,
I saw this post today on Poets&Quants https://poetsandquants.com/2022/03/10/a ... -the-test/
I have already given one attempt at GMAT (Incenter) got a 640 (Q47 V31). I was looking for another attempt and try the online version this time, but seeing the authenticity of Online Gmat going down I am planning to go again for Incenter. Also, I have seen many test-takers scores being flagged for administrative review in the Online GMAT.
What do you guys suggest?

I prefer taking it at a center, but it's personal preference. I wouldn't let this single cheating scandal be the deciding factor for you--a few hundred tests is just a drop in the bucket. They have quite a bit of data now--if there was rampant cheating inflating scores on the online version, they would end it. So far, that doesn't seem to have happened.

Probably fair to say if there was a huge issue with people taking it online, there'd be a lot of posts regarding it in the forums.

got a 640 (Q47 V31).

How to get a V40 or higher on the GMAT? What about a V51?

I don't see any issues with you taking the online GMAT this time around. Don't let one story deter you from doing so.

Hi Theredpill,

Go for the mode that suits you. Just make sure if you choose to go for Online GMAT , you diligently stick to the norms prescribed.
