20% is average of 10% and 30% so equal volume of 10% and 30% solution will be required to get a 20% solution
so we will have 50 ounce of 10% solution ( will contain 5 ounce salt) and 50ounce of 30% solution (will contain 15 ounce salt) and resultant will be 100 ounce of solution with 20 ounce /20% salt

Therefore ratio is 1:2.
Volume of both solutions added must be same.
Thus if 50 ounce of 10% solution is added then 50 ounce of 30% solution must be added.
