At work I have two bosses, one from the IT department and one from the Business Development department. My boss in the IT deparment has known me for 2+ years while the BD boss has only known my work for the past 6 months.

However, my only co-worker (in BD) is a recent Harvard graduate in creative writing. She is a damn good persuasive writer to top it off. She will have worked with me for 7 months by the time applications begin.

So... do you get the reco from both bosses or drop one of them off for a co-worker who could write a MUCH better reco than either boss (they have no idea about the b-school process).
