Start keeping an error log. Search the forums for some templates people have made.

My error log was very simply a piece of paper, a pen and a legend to track problems by some type of coding.

Example:
circle the one I have no idea on
slash through the ones I was able to narrow down
X on the ones I was completely wrong on (after reviewing).
and writing my starting time and ending time as I did problems in blocks.

This was the system that worked for me. I tried spreadsheets and found it way too involved.

The key with an error log is to figure out why you are approaching problems incorrectly. Do you have some fundamental flaw in SC, DS, PS, etc? SC was my crux because I tried to answer the problems by thinking it through in my head. The problem was my thoughts were grammatically incorrect. By forcing myself to begin to think in proper grammar, I began to improve greatly in SC. My error log was how I identified that strategy was the ruin of me.

Best of luck,
