You don't know until you try. Don't take a defeatist attitude from the beginning. Do some research and talk to people at GMAC and see what steps you need to take to make it happen.

If you have documented ADHD, you can request special consideration when you take the GMAT and have extra time to take the test. I would seriously look into that.

I am 28 years of age now.
I've been diagnosed with anxiety/depression since 19.
Most recently, I've been diagnosed with ADHD.
I imagine just having a doctor's diagnosis is not good enough for accomodations. I also imagine a diagnostic full evaluation is expensive & time consuming. Also, after going through all the obstacles, they may not accomodate.

I'm 24. I have documented Anxiety and ADD too. I applied 3 times for additional time and got it the 3rd time. It was a *complain*. I had to include so many things and have my doctor write so many letters. The third time it took them 3 months to make a decision. I got extra time, but I had to cancel my original appointment because they wouldn't they me switch that for accomodation. It will cost 430 dollars to make the new appointment. I wrote a long letter to the GMAC councel. Anyways, I'm just like you. Math is easy for me. usually get 47-50 scaled on Math. I'm good in sentence correction and solid in CR. However, reading is almost impossible for me. You shouldn't read the passage. Skim it the first time for the main idea, structure and tone. Then, spend time on the question. Use process of elimination and make sure you don't overanalyze. I read way too much into answers and questions and wrong answers bait me. You should be able to get the general questions easily. Just work on the specific questions. Peace nugga

I don't know you so my comments may sound ignorant, but just suck it up.

Practice on doing the exam without any time extensions. I believe your score will have an asterisk on the report when schools see your score.
