Yeah, it updates SLOWLY. I would recommend contacting them to confirm they have everything they need, because they can tell you before their status check site updates.

Yup. Got the waiver so no TOEFL score needed. But it is yet to be updated on the status check page.

So any idea when interview calls will start coming in?

Since its rolling, its pretty hard to say a cutoff date. Going by last year pattern, I would say probably in a week for those who have submitted before 1st, and 3-4 weeks for ppl who sent after the deadline. (It is just my guess...dun beat me up if it doesn't happen this way!!)

It looks like there are a handful of people here (myself included) who submitted all required materials on/before November 1st.

It seems like nobody has received an interview yet, so I think it's safe to say the invites haven't gone out.

Anyone have reason to believe otherwise? Does anyone know someone who has received an invite as of 11/11/2010?

Considering how long it took for them to put up their application site and how buggy it has been, I imagine reviewing the applications will take quite a while. It's pretty disappointing.

I know my recommender had some issues getting it to work. Of which he was not happy about and let me know it. Ironic that our applications have to be perfect, but their process can be pretty buggy. :lol:

i spoke with the admissions department, they said IT is trying to solve some problems with their website where items that were received are showing up as having not been. they said they are working to fix the bugs, but it's getting pretty bad. No one can tell me if my transcript is actually there, when i had my school send it over a month ago.

Also, which link are you guys using to check your application status? I have two links that I've been using...

The GIAC status check seems to be the only one that changes:

Just found the problem with my TOEFL scores. In my score report, my last name is abbreviated whereas it is expanded in app. I am told that my app won't be forwarded until this is fixed. But hey, at least I have a lead. Thanks a bunch acer2knight, phone call did the trick.

Update: Red finally turned into green! Now to wait to check whether my app makes the cut.

For those that have received your interview invite, did you have all your documents turned in?

I also received an interview invite, however, I have not sent my official transcripts and I haven't even paid my application fee. I thought they won't review your app until you have everything in.
