I just had my interview. It was with some cute European chica.

It was really chill and cool. I don't think the interview hurt me or helped me. But I was talking with some other International girl and she said she got grilled on a couple of questions.

It all depends on who you get.

just got a letter (snail mail) from ucla.... no, not a decision letter...

my name was in that database that was hacked into... and there are instructions in the letter on how to put a security alert on your credit, etc....

anyone else get this letter?

UCLA started sending out acceptances today! NO, i have not heard from them yet..... now the REAL waiting begins.... someone on bweek forums got in with a 710 & 2.25 gpa! AND he submitted his app on oct 25, the last day of Rd1 deadline. notices were sent via email.... so far, only two accepts on admissions411

Any gmatclubbers get any good news?

looks like a handful of admits went out yesterday! i know that they're "rolling", but some of them submitted their apps a couple days after i did.....

is this a bad sign? am i reading into this too much? a part of me feels like they sent out the first accepts to the most worthy candidates. i know that i could have totally made this idea up in my own mind, but it's my natural reaction.

i'm joining the pants pooper club....

I am also waiting. Rolling decisions suck...I don't understand why they can't pick a date and release all the decisions at the same time. I got dinged by Wharton today after interview but at least I wasn't on the edge of my seat for the last month. I knew that 21st is the day to be anxious.

That will be tough. In-state tuition (Anderson) vs a school that I really loved during my visit (Duke).

lol sorry bro! i wasn't trying to make an example out of you :-D

i was just shocked bc the lowest gpa they accepted last year was a 2.9 (according to their class of 2008 profile)

anyhow, congrats man!!!!!!!! i'm so very impatiently waiting now! are you going to anderson next year, or waiting on some other schools?
