The 6 MGMAT CATs are widely considered the best of the non official CATs, so you should use those. You can just skip the Verbal section in each. However, why are you only prepping for Quant right now? To optimize your composite score, it makes sense to prep on both sections at once, unless you are already scoring nearly perfectly on verbal.
