Have been studying for about 1 month and have taken several 3rd party CATs. First attempt at GMATPrep and hit Q50/V51 for 780 combined. Perfect 41/41 on Verbal (best effort yet by a wide margin, on any CAT).

Worth noting that I missed 8 on Quant and still got Q50. Surprising.

On the second of the two tests, I got 40/41 on Verbal (no repeats) and the algorithm gave me a 48. Tough!

However, on the Quant section I missed 8 again and again, Q50. That seems generous

no, but now that I have a lot of time on my hands after the GMAT, I may give it a whirl , moreso to ease me out of gmat mode. Tough to go from 24/7 GMAT for months and months, to nothing

it's not that hard to quit...

Once you get the score you want on the real thing it's pretty easy to make those books vanish

Yes i Agreed with maverick2011, its not that much hard that some quit to do that. It needs proper understanding, getting all thing to gather and consider in which part you are week and then prep yourself and also know the GMAT integrated reasoning and make a strong GMAT study plan, join more good forum like gmatclub . ask more question whatever you don't understand.
