Hi SoomiPark,
I'm sorry to hear that your two Official GMATs did not go as well as hoped. Unfortunately, having to deal with significant changes to your schedule/routine in the last couple of days before your appointment - such as lengthy travel, staying in a 'strange' environment and sleeping in a different bed - can significantly impact your performance on Test Day. From what you describe, there is no way to get around these issues though, so you have to try to account for them during your studies. To that end, you might try sleeping in a different bed the night before you take a practice CAT/mock (for example, you might stay at a friend's residence or at a hotel) - so that you can train to overcome those differences on Test Day.
Before I can offer you any additional advice, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) How have you scored on each of your Official GMATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for each)?
Goals:
5) What is your goal score?
6) When are you planning to retake the GMAT?
7) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
8) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
