I have recently finished my MBA. I am keen on working at IDEO design consulting firm. But could not get much information on the net about -...How to get into IDEO..as in.. what to prepare before approaching them...
Any pointers on this would be really helpful....TIA..

They dont hire a ton of MBA's and they tend to recruit from top schools. Your best chance of getting in is to network with as many people working there as you can.
