Applaying ESADE MSc Int. Management intake 2015 - My profile

Question

Hi everyone,

I initiated the application to ESADE's MSc in International Management last September and in 4 June I'll take the GMAT (the last thing I must submit). I already sent all the other documents needed for the application process. I would like, if you guys could tell me how you think my profile looks like for being admitted.

Profile: 
Spanish - Iranian male (living in Barcelona) age 22 (23 when the program will start).

Scores: 
IELTS: 7.0.
GMAT: My target is 640 (ESADE told me that this is the current average).

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Management in the Autonomous University of Barcelona (4 years period). (GPA = 3.2/4) 
Postgraduate in Lean Management & Six sigma in the Polytechnic University of Catalonia ( 1 Semester period finishing on September 2015).

International experience: 
2 week exchange in Belgium (studying French)
2 week exchange in France (studying French)
2 months in NYC (studying English)

Languages: 
Spanish - Native
Catalan - Native
English - Advanced
French - Advanced
Japanese - Basic

Work experience:
Business developer Junior in a Logistics company (12 months and going on)

Others: 
- Member of the “UAB empren”, an entrepreneur network of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
- Candidate by the UAB to the Uniproyecta Awards, a contest where entrepreneurs representing universities across Spain compete with their projects to get funding to develop them.
- IV Prix de radio français: Award given by the French consulate to the students that prove high communicative skills in French. 
- Price "Students of Cerdanyola": Award given by the Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) Council to the students whit a remarkable trajectory throughout the high school student years. 
- High School year end project price: Award given by the Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) Council to the best high school year end projects of the city. 
- I develop my own start up, and e-commerce site dedicated to sell exotic furniture imported from countries around the world. Proving all my business management skills.

Hi Omidvc,

Your overall profile looks pretty good (in fact really solid) for ESADE. Just ensure that you are able to achieve a GMAT score of at least 600 (640 and above will of course be a big plus).

Well i would say you have a really good profile.
Schools love people with international experience, and you are really good on that front. Plus your knowledge of languages, will really be looked upon favorably.
Your extra curricular are good and your management skills and your entrepreneurial spirit, is easily noticeable.
The awards you have obtained show your pursuit for excellence.
and lastly you have an interesting engineering background mixed with start up experience, your work experience of a year, is also just right for the MiM.

i would say you can apply to even better ranked schools than ESADE, the only limiting factor may be your GMAT score. Which is lower than the average, but then again a good profile can really mitigate that.
