Does anyone know how much is there correspondence between the admissibilty and the admission result? in other words, if you are admissible and invited to the interview, it is very likely that you will be admitted for the program or not?

I don't know the percentage, but I don't think that it would tell you much anyway.

I think your chance depends on your profile. If you have a very strong profile they will most likely accept you as long as you don't totally screw it up in the interview. On the other hand, your chances are rather slim if your profile is weaker than your peers' so you would have to really wow them during the interview. That being said, I believe that the percentage of admissible candidates that end up getting an offer also strongly depends on the country of origin.

Jumping in here, but it's hard to say. They look at an overall profile such as volunteer work, extra cocurriculars, work experience etc. While a gmat of 700 is good, do keep in mind that the median is 710.

Since you are clearly successful academically, I'd advise on focusing more on your essays and references.

The deadlines are sharp. Only the time of day varies year to year but they update it for all applicants online at the same time.

GMAT: 740 (Q:49 V:41) TOEFL: 112 I have an average grade of B out of (A,B,C,D,E) and worked part-time for a small Equity Research butique in Sweden. Currently at a Transaction Services, M&A department at one of the big 4. I have also been active in my (top tier) Swedish university’s finance society.

I have also applied second round pawanked.

Yes I have applied to round 3. But my first choice is Master in Management and Innovation.

I have a GRE score of 321, engineering background: CGPA 8.77 (10), and I'm Indian (I've heard it is very competitive for Indians). Have 1.5 yrs work ex at a consulting firm and 1 year in a rural development fellowship.

Hoping I get a call for the interview. I've heard that there are 2 interviews for this program. One with HEC Paris and the other with TUM. But I have no idea about the interview process, anything to worry about?

Some tips from you all would be great! Thanks

Also waiting and I don't know. I saw that they published the results from the SAI between 10 and 11 in previous years.

Hi guys! Since I'm new to the website and am still unsure about where to post for a profile evaluation, I'm going to go ahead and post some of my background info here ask you all a huge favor! I'm interested in applying to HEC's GE program next year (1st round w/ hope of applying for the Eiffel scholarship if I do get in *fingers crossed*) . I have a V169 Q167 W5.0 in GRE, a 114 in TOEFL and did my undergrad at a top 20 school in the US. I majored in foreign languages (none of which is French however) and have a GPA of ~3.85. I have exchange experience but neither interned nor worked full-time. I am East Asian. What are my chances? Thanks a bunch for reading my post!!

On their FAQ page it says that you should do your GMAT 2 weeks in advance of the closing date, but I'm sitting mine on the 9th of April. What happens if the official documents do not reach them by the 17th, am I allowed to submit the unofficial picture of me at the test center with my application.

Gmat, GRE or TageMage (if you speak french).
Most of the business schools require one of these tests

Btw I am Chilean, I have 750 on my Gmat and 8.0 IELTS. I also speak five languages, did a couple of internships abroad and have lots of extracurricular. However I am only in top 50% at university. I applied for the last admission round. Do I have a chance to be taken?

Hi people,

I am an admit to the HEC Paris MSc. Strategic Management (2018 intake). Is there a Facebook/Whatsapp group for MSc. admits?
Also apologies for posting here. This was the most active thread I could find on HEC Paris Masters discussions.
