Hi SB14,
You can theoretically get through any college. But realistically speaking, IIM A,B,C,L present very slim chance for admissions at this score. IIMI, IIMK and IIMU may present a better chance for admissions at this score. You may also like to explore SP Jain.
Since you have decided to go ahead with this score, the application and interviews become extremely important for you to cover the deficiency in the GMAT score.
Disclaimer : IIMB and IIML have introduced reservation system, so the GMAT requirements vis a vis reservations are still to be established. The provided suggestion ignores reservation part for now.
