Now I’m doing my second master in project management
• Increased sales by finding new customers online
• Archived and sorted data to reduce primary storage required and maintain data that may be required for regulatory
• Provided accounting assistance when traffic was high
• Applied new payment options for the customers to increase company liquidity
• Sold electronics products (laptops, PCs)
• Checked the invoices to detect any wrong information or error
• Sorted good customers as a candidate for choosing an agent
• Coordinated for holding exhibition
• Supervised team work for company’s annual projects
• Tracked customers` purchases in order to answer questions, resolve support issue, and improve credibility
• Assisted manager to provide direct assistance and reporting day-to-day operations within an organization.
My bachelor is public administration GPA3.18
First master is Human Resources management GPA3.44
Second master is project management GPA3.5
I prefer to apply for PhD in marketing or even a fully funded master program In Chicago
