Dear Hjort,
I've heard that some best schools offer application fee for applicants from developing countries like Columbia. If you know, please give me some school that offer the waiver because i want to boost my chance.
My GPA is 8 (Vietnameses scale) ~3.2 and GMAT 680, TOEFL 620, 3+ marketing experience in one of the biggest FMCG.
Please evaluate my chance at HBS, CMU, Columbia, Duke, Yale. If possible please advise me some good school. If necessary, i can retake GMAT and TOEFL.

Columbia:
To ask for a fee waiver request
Applicants requesting a fee waiver should select the "Check or Money Order" payment option. If paying the application fee will be a financial hardship, fee waivers are available to full-time students, members of the Peace Corps who are currently in service and citizens of developing countries who currently reside in that country. Applicants who qualify for a fee waiver should fax a fee waiver request letter to 212-662-6754 and should explain their need for a fee waiver in Essay 5. Please allow up to three weeks for an update to your online status confirming that your fee waiver has been approved.
Stanford:
Fee waivers are granted only to university/college seniors receiving financial aid. If you are requesting a waiver, please send a copy of your school's Financial Aid Award Letter as part of your supplemental application materials packet. We do not grant other fee waivers.
