MD-MBA will let you save substantial time and effort. You can complete the dual degree in five academic years of residence.

Your GMAT score is very good and you stand a stellar chance at the following -
1) Stanford MD/MBA
https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/programs/mba/academic-experience/joint-dual-degrees#MD_MBA
2) Harvard MD/MBA
https://www.hcp.med.harvard.edu/education/md/mba-program
3) Wharton MD/MBA
https://www.med.upenn.edu/educ_combdeg/md-mba.html

Your application package needs to reflect your career goals and the rationale very well.

I would def go the Silver Scholars route or the HBS 2+2. Manys chools offer MBA/MDs as well that can save you some time and balance out your interest. Also, check out Northwestern's and Columbia's MBA/MD programs
