Hi Everyone,
I recently applied to 5 Universities in EU - HEC, IESE, LBS, Judge and Said and was rejected without interview for all 5.
I have been working in the recruitment/Ops team of a leading Asset Management Firm since the last 4 years and have a total work exp. of 5 years. Prior to that I did my engineering in India.
My GRE is a 329. 170/170 on Quant.
Can someone take a look my applications and tell me what probably went wrong?

Yes, please get in touch with my team so we can do what we call "ding" (rejection) analysis. We basically simulate the role of the AdCom and offer very insightful feedback about reasons why you did not get accepted.
Bear in mind, the information you provided is not enough to make such a determination. Essays, recommendation letters, CV/resume, and other components of the application also play an important role in your ultimate decision. Lastly, you applied to great schools and it's a competitive season so there's that too.
