Apply First Round or Second Round?

I will be finishing my undergrad in December which is obviously to late to apply to any first rounds. I've been told by the Universities that its ok to apply before I finish graduation (I already have 6 years work experience since I took a break to start my own business during my undergrad) so that I can make it for the first round. I'm wondering if this would hurt me though.

Would it be better to wait until I graduate to apply, aka second round? I take my GMAT Sept 8th so that will be done in time for first round apps.

If you are only concerned with having finished undergrad on your resume, in my view, it would be much better to apply in R2 simply because you would already have an undergraduate degree at the time of application -- most schools require that check box filled. And you would most certainly have more time to concentrate on your applications, which helps tremendously.
