Applyyourself Form Not User-friendly

Applyyourself Form Not User-friendly [#permalink] New post   08 Jan 2011, 22:10
Is there a valid reason why we cant cut and paste into certain fields on the online data forms? I think once I fill out one form, I should even be able to export to a file which can I upload to different schools. Filling out basic information over and over again is exhausting and frustrating especially when the systems logs me out for no reason before I have had a chance to save my work. This has been a very unpleasant experience.

Regardless of the reasons why, do you happen to be using Chrome? I had problems with chrome. I ended up using either Firefox or IE.

I am using Chrome. But, I tried IE and I cant cut and paste into certain fields in IE either. What problems did you have with Chrome?

I had problems cutting and pasting.
IE seemed to work but I ended up not using IE because it did not have built-in spell checking.

Mind you, I only cut and pasted into long, multi-line form fields such as short answers; I did not attempt short fields.

Anyhow, annoying as it is, not likely they will fix it before your deadlines.
