I had problems cutting and pasting.
IE seemed to work but I ended up not using IE because it did not have built-in spell checking.

Mind you, I only cut and pasted into long, multi-line form fields such as short answers; I did not attempt short fields.

Anyhow, annoying as it is, not likely they will fix it before your deadlines.
