Well the the answers start with the same number 1930x in this case the x is 0 or 1

I multiplied 19300 x 3.31 and get 63883 (did this really fast on paper; well..because I can do that fast on paper)

subtract that from 63888 and you get a difference of 5
3.31 definitely goes into 5 so you know there is going to be a +1 = 19301.xx

leaves me with answers 3,4,5,

5 - 3.31 = 1.69

1.69/3.31 = .5xxx

19301.5xxx

As all the answers are very nearer to each other

Multiply 19300 with 3.31 for the last two digits only

The last two digits are 83, but the last two digits of the dividend is 88.

So the difference is 5 means approximately 1.5 of 3.31

So add 19300 and 1.5 to get the answer 19301.5

Simply dividing with some approximation should help you eliminate the options and reach the answer.. Btw good technique lagomez.
