Statement 2

Say P = 15 and Q = 15
Prime factors are 3 and 5 they are equal.

Say P = 45 and Q = 15

The prime factors are still equal 3 and 5.

Insufficient

B and D out.

LCM (P,Q) * GCD (P,Q) = P * Q

If LCM = GCD

LCM of 3 and 3 is 3 and GCD of 3 and 3 is 3

Accordingly P = Q
