Are the online kaplan CAT tests and the cd tests of the Kaplan GMAT premier 2012 program the same ?

One more question - I saw on the kaplan website that there was a listing which said "Free GMAT practice exam" as an upcoming event . Will this exam be different to the ones that come with the Kaplan premier book ?
