Are the free Mocks 1 & 2 comparable, in difficulty levels, to the other OG mocks?

The difficulty of questions is not as important…. Exams 3,4,5,6 I have a very limited database of questions and therefore I’m not really exactly adaptive. Since they only have enough questions for a specific test. The scoring, I just based on your answers and difficulty of the questions you have answered.

The difficulty may partly depend on your performance due to how the algorithm works. Ultimately, you may do one mock in which you get more questions correct but still, for example, get a Q49 like your previous mock.

They are comparable in difficulty level, but they are not the same as the other practice tests. In particular, the Sentence Correction questions in the first two official practice tests tend to be more formulaic that the SC questions in the later tests.

So, if you find more formulaic SC questions easier, you may find the first two tests easier, and in general, you may find some of the official tests easier than others, depending where your strengths lie.

Also, many of the GMAT concepts taught in courses and discussed on forums come from the two free tests. So, people who learn those often discussed concepts may find the first two practice tests easier than the others because they learned more that's relevant to the first two tests.

Long story short, the first two tests are not objectively easier, but depending on where your strengths lie and on what you have learned for the GMAT, you may find them easier, or you may find some of the other official practice tests easier.
