Could you clarify your question?

Are you asking for services to edit letters of recommendations? I don't know of any, since most recommendations are submitted directly to the school, without the applicant seeing them.

If you are asking about recommendations for essay editing services, I think there are some out there. Since I'm still very early in the process, I can't personally recommend any, but I think if you do a search on here you should be able to find some.

I would highly recommend Brian from Gurufi for any type of editing. He provides a really deep and comprehensive work, and works until you both are satisfied with the final version. His editing skills provide you with a clear and beautifully written piece while keeping your ideas and tone.

This is a standard part of comprehensive admissions consulting packages. Equally as important as the essays but often overlooked. Make sure you don't whatever you do let the recommender submit whatever comes to mind... important to have this content contributor submit a recommendation that points to anecdotes that reinforce your brand, and support your overall application strategy.
