Sorry to hear that Rhyme. That has to be tough - I'm not sure I could perform at a high level when put on the spot like that either. sometimes you think you bomb and you don't. Sometimes you think you were doing great (hell, you were asked if you would accept the offer if they made it) and they cut you.

Maybe they are deliberatly being aggressive to see how the candidates handle pressure?
Some times interviews can be a roleplay straight out of a movie scene.

I`m sure someone with acting and analysis skills would be great at interviews. Situation = xxxx. Character needed = xxxxx . Switch Character!!!!

You can say that again. I remember one interview at school where the interviewer said while wrapping up the interview " See you this evening at dinner" or something to that effect where the dinner was by invitation....and you guessed right, I did not get invited.
