What is the usual timeline after a deadline for which you can send updated test scores? If you perform better that is.

Tough question: Some schools will accept test scores submitted 2-4 weeks after the deadline, while others won’t accept them even one day past the deadline.

Generally speaking, I advise against submitting scores after the R1 deadline.
Why? Applying in R2 with a higher GMAT score—20 points more, for example—often yields better chances at nearly any school. Therefore, my recommendation, which aligns with the schools’ own advice, is to apply when you are fully prepared.

Question ............. Do employer know whether a job applicant has a full time MBA or executive MBA? do business schools specifically mention that?

Usually employers know what you tell them. but do you want to lie to your employer?

This might be a very stupid question. But you generally have lesser Work experience when applying in round 1, maybe by 4-5 months. Will colleges take that into consideration?

a very good question - if you are short in work experience, then R2 will add ~4 months. so for someone with 2-3 years of experience, that might be a smart decision

How are B School adcoms looking at entrepreneurs / startup founders as MBA Applicants? Is there a positive / negative bias ?

Adcoms look to assemble for a diverse class. so they want ideally "some" consultants, "some" accountants, "some" programmers... (you get the picture)
and also, some entrepreneurs ...
SO, if your experience is interesting (= and you write a stellar application!!!), you will be judged positively ...
We have had many entrepreneurs get into all top schools
