As per OG, relative pronoun clause modifies immediate preceding noun. So that clause modifies topics.

discussion of a number of topics including.... including can modify discussion or topics. So ambiguity.

Can I get clarification on how B is the better answer?? Original question states “Kenneth Bone has arguably become...” hence I chose C

Hi Syed, In C, it says that KB became the most popular public figure because he sparked discussion but this is not true.
Read B and C again, and you should be able to spot the difference.

Hi All,

With due respect to all the answers provided by users, there is another reason why A and C are wrong choices. Since a time frame is given here (2016 general election, which I assume is over), we have to use past tense instead of present perfect tense ("has arguably become") because PPT denotes an action that starts in the past and continues in the present.

Thanks,
