A for me.
B and D and E don't make good placement of "more and more".
C is passive, not preferred.

I go with A
C: passive
B: more and more between have and been does not look good to me + using present perfect prog I think is not essential.
in D and E, more n more is badly placed.

B. changes the meaning, it seems people are investing more and more money but its more and more people are investing money (check explanation for E also)

C is wrong because first clause is passive and second is active

D is wrong because when should modify the the noun just before it, while it seems to modify the adverb more and more

E While should be Since, but still would very awkward, will only choose if no other choice makes sense. By the way this mistake is also there in B.

(A) As more and more people invest their money .....[people invest their money]..simple present tense wrongly used.
(B) While people have more and more been investing their money ..[have been investing]- present perfect continuous tense is correct as action has started sometime in past and still continue. The later part of sentence says [are abandoning] indicating action of investing is still in progress
(C) As money is more and more invested by people ...wrong tense
(D) More and more, when investors put their money... same as C
(E) While, more and more, investors have been putting their money
... Same as C
