IMO Option D, 93.

An easy and fast way to calculate it is to add the differences with the required average (92). Therefore, we have:
8-8+4-3+0 = 1. This means that we need the required average + 1 = 92 + 1 = 93.

Another approach is to follow the unit's digits.

We want the average of all six tests to be 92 (or greater).
In other words we want: (sum of the six scores)/6 = 92
Multiply both sides of the equation by 6, to get: sum of the six scores = (92)(6) = ???2 [the sum of the six scores will have units digit 2, since (6)(2) = 12]

Let x = the final (6th) score.
We can write: 84 + 100 + 88 + 95 + 92 + x = ???2
In other words: 84 + 100 + 88 + 95 + 92 + x = ???2
Focus on the unit's digits: 4 + 0 + 8 + 5 + 2 + x = ???2
Simplify: 19 + x = ???2

At this point, we can see that x must have units digit 3

Answer: D
