Hi there!
Your GPA is strong, the CFA 1 is great, and you have a good amount of work experience. Does your role entail a lot of leadership? Working in teams? Data analysis? Communicating with / presenting to clients? If so, highlight those aspects, as they are important transferable skills to consulting.
I think the biggest opportunity for you to improve is the GMAT. Don't be embarrassed -- lots of people have a rough first attempt and end up significantly improving their scores. And schools will always consider your highest so there's no harm in retaking. Do you have a study plan in place? It can take quite awhile to increase your score, so I hope Round 2 is not too rushed for you.
For schools like Haas and UNC, I think your current stats will be really tough, both schools have average GMATs above 700, but especially Haas attracts a very competitive pool. W&M could be possible, looks like their average is 620 so you are not too far below that. For real estate, you might want to also consider Wisconsin and USC, though a higher GMAT would help at both of those too.
Good luck, and keep us posted on how the GMAT turns out!
