I'm going to email Haas asking for more scholarship money (they gave me $60k) and show them Johnson's letter that gave me a full-ride. Do I ask them to match Johnson or is that unrealistic and I show ask them to double their scholarship which is more reasonable?

Congratulations on receiving admission to one of the leading business schools. Berkeley Haas offers need-based as well as merit-based scholarships. It is alright to write an email asking for more scholarships, however, there is no certainty to receive it.

It's unrealistic since Haas probably views itself as a higher-ranked school. You should just be factual. You received this offer from Johnson (produced the letter) and are highly considering it. Ask them if they will reconsider their offer. In a way, make them negotiate against theirself.
