Hi Anup, Your profile looks great. You should definately apply to ISB. Remember, GMAT is just one part of the whole deal. Presented nicely, your extra-curriculars and IIT background should be a good edge over allothers.
You have a good chance to get into ISB. I would recommend the top US schools and INSEAD if you could increase your GMAT to above 730. Your experience should mask your low GPA.
Your score is actually not bad at all, and you also have a lot of international experience, which will be valued by ISB.
Apply there by all means, and present a competitive application.
