At noon, Noor set out for home at a speed of 75 km/hour . Forty minutes later, she increased her speed and maintained this new speed thereafter. If Noor was halfway home at 12:55 PM and arrived home at 1:34 PM, what was her increased speed in kilometers per hour?

My solution may be a bit long.
For first 40 minutes, Noor travelled at the speed of 75km/hr and for next 15 minutes she travelled at (75+x) km/hr, covering half the total distance. So,
75 * 40 + 15(75 + x) = d/2
Then from 12:55 to 1:34 pm, she covered another half at the same speed, so
39(75 + x) = d/2
Solving both equations:
x = 50
Thus, 50/75 = 2/3. The answer is E, IMO.
