at 7 pm , how many people are there to buy tickets at the theater?

a) People are getting in the line at the rate of 2 per minute at 7 pm
b) people are leaving at the rate of 4 per two minutes at 7 pm


(1) starting @ what time are they getting in line?

The answer is E. We are told just the rates of entry and departure. Together they will not give us the current number.
