I think I have misunderstood the question. Can anyone try to solve this ? What is the answer for "advanced degree and <1 year" employees?

Since the answer is D you get the same answer for both:

Maxtrix:
Column Headings: Avanced - No Advanced - Total
Row Headings: Less than 1 - More than 1 - Total

Advanced less than 1 = 40%
Advanced more than 1 = 25%
Advanced total = 65%

No advanced less than 1 = 15%
No advanced more than 1 = 20%
No advanced total = 35%

Less than 1 total = 55%
More than 1 total = 45%
