Incorrect.
This answer choice is grammatically incorrect. In Reported Speech, when the reporting verb is in the Past tense (stated), the following conjugated verbs should also be in the Past. However, aims is in the Present.
What helps you identify this question as a Reported Speech question as well as identify the mistake is the following Stop Sign:

The corrected sentence is a run-on sentence and also a fragment. By adding the words which by after improvisation, the corrected sentence adds a second relative clause to the original sentence, without completing the first clause with a conjugated verb.
In the corrected sentence the verb aimed belongs to the second relative clause only.
Finally, before the which you have a list of three items but notice that now, the sentence does not fit as you have a list of three items and there is no 'and' before the last item improvisation.
