In my opinion a good SC question answer will not hinge on the usage of "more and more", but that is what happening in this question.
A. Only error is the usage of more. A lot of people would have been much better. Apart from that I do not see any other errors.
B. More and more is a much better alternative. They correctly refers to people and the parallelism is maintained throughout. Correct.
C. Usage of that turns the second clause into a fragment. Incorrect.
D. Same as C. Moreover now the sentence says- People are enjoying relish the short period. Does not make sense. Should be- People are enjoying relishing the short period.
E. SV error. Paintings does not agree with verb advocates.
B is correct

(A) just relished is no good
(B) more and more is a little weird, but it is a phrase that exists. It means continually increasing. "Just relishing" stays consistent with the other points in the list
(C) ruined by the use of "that"
(D) ruined by "and just relish". "relish" is the wrong tense, and "and" is the wrong parallel element for separate activities
(E) ruined by "advocates ecountered". Should be advocates (singular) and encountering (present)
