So, you know that 20% of employees are managers, but how many are designers? 35% of 80% is (80/20)*7 = 28
Now that you know that 20% of employees are managers and 28% are designers, you need to see which number n could fit such that 20n and 28n are integers that fit the above options.
The first number for which 28 ends in a 0 is 5 which is 140 that'll mean there's 5*20 = 100 managers and 140 designers.
