+1 for E here. If it wasn't for the 'at least', I would've picked A

M>=100.
M&S=15%.

1) I'm a bit confused here. "If 15 percent of the employees in the company who have sales experience also have management experience". Does this mean that 15% of the employees in the company have experience in both, or that out of the unknown percent of employees with sales experience, 15% also have experience in management?

In any case, I opt for the first.

(1) 72 employees in the company have both sales experience and management experience.

15% = 72, then 5% = 24.
M >= 20%
S >= 15%
Not Sufficient.

(2) 252 employees in the company have neither sales experience nor management experience.
Not Sufficient.

(1)+(2) we know that 47,5% have experience in S, M or both.
M >= 20%
S >= 15%

Still not sufficient.

Answer is E.

Creating a table helps

----M----nM----T
S--0.15x--------x
nS-------252-----
T->=100----------

1. M & S = 0/15x = 72 -> x=480. But can't say for sure what M total is (>=100). insuff
2. nM & nS = 252. No info on S. insuff

Together, still can't determine what M total is. E.

I approached this simlarly using double set matrix

Question asks is S>M?

First statement

0.15x = 72
So x = 480

That's the number for total S

Now we know T>100 but we still can't tell if its >480

Insuff

Second Statement

No M and No S is 252

This is clearly Insuff as we don't know anything about total S

Statement (1) and Statement (2) combined

Let's call M and Not S 'a'

So we need to know if 72+a > 480

or if a>408

We cannot get this info from anywhere so it is Insuff

My take is E

Hope it helps
Cheers!
J :)

Therefore total is 480
