"At li & Fung" must be followed by noun which is there at Li and Fung i.e leaders
That cuts off A and E
Where is used as a modifier of place thus B is incorrect
"more" should have "than" when it is used for comparison "as" is incorrect in option C
Thus left with D, correct answer

why the usage of 'where'is wrong in B ? where should refer to place right ?
