It is a question from GMATClub Quant Test Set 24. I am not sure whether I can legally copy it here. Can I?
It is a DS question, where two quadratic functions are given (similar to y=kX^2+b) and the question is whether they intersect...

From \(B + K = 1\) and \(BK = 0\) we have that b=0 and k=1 OR b=1 and k=0. In either cases the two lines are y=x and y=1:
