Hi Rabab36,
When you take your CATs/mocks, one of the 'goals' is to receive an accurate assessment of your current skills (so that you know what you should be focused on during the next phase of your studies). As such, you have to be committed to taking each CAT in a realistic way that properly matches-up with how you will take the Official GMAT (and since you won't be able to stop during your Official GMAT to confirm whether you've selected the correct answer or not, you shouldn't do that when you take a CAT). If your results have been inconsistent over the last 6 months, then there are a number of different factors that can help to explain why.
Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, we need to define your prior work in more detail, so it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
