Hi guys! I did the TOEFL last week and left the center with the feeling that things had not worked out as I hoped. This was especially due to the lack of training: I found the listening and the speaking (60-second pills...) particularly tricky.
Now, I just got the result and the overall score is 107, with a poor 22 in speaking. The obvious question is: should I retake the test?
I believe I could get a higher score, but I also think that I did very very well in the R/L/W parts and I'm afraid I could lower my overall score. Plus, the speaking is the most difficult part to improve in the short term (IMHO).
What do you think?
I'm applying to INSEAD, LBS, OXFORD, MIT and probably Tuck/Haas (or Harvard). My GMAT is 720, with 90% percentile in the verbal section.

What score do the schools require?
But you got 107 with only a 22 in speaking? So you did really well on the other three sections but poorly in speaking? I almost never suggest it... but have you thought about requesting a re-scoring of your test?

Hi watchsmart! Yeah, I got 29 in the reading and in the listening sections and 27 in the writing section. I thought about asking a re-scoring, but I'm very scared I could even get my scores lowered... So, before doing that, I'm checking directly with the schools is my 22 in speaking could be a red flag. If it could, I'll see what to do. However, I should be in at Insead and probably at LBS; the MIT does not ask for the TOEFL, whereas Wharton is still a question mark. Oxford should cut me off, but I'm doing some pressions to have my language skills tested during the interview
