You could request a re-score of JUST the speaking section. In that case you won't have to worry about your writing section being lowered.

I don't think you'll have to worry about the 22 in speaking - first of all the GMAT is more important than TOEFL, secondly the overall score is what counts! I read: "For example, Harvard Business School wants a 109, INSEAD a 104, and there is no negotiating this point." AND: ". Many MBA candidates think that they just need the score requested by the school, and no more. And this is, in part, true. Harvard, who requests a 109, is not more impressed with a 115."
