Hi Pixelm , Impressive work experience in a growing field! 9 years is at the top of the typical full-time MBA range, but still possible Academics are solid.

For HEC, INSEAD, IMD - GMAT of 635 FE is right in range for these schools, especially with your master’s and rank. 630 on old GMAT is a bit low, but you may be able to prove your academics and the score as fluke. French citizen is less common in MBA applicant pool, so this is very favorable for any school - so they will have a bit more lenience with experience and exam score

IMD and RSM are more open to older candidates - not sure your age, but having a masters helps with the math - they are reporting years of post-grad experience, not age, for rankings

Hi Jenifer, feel free to not answer this question if it’s out of the scope for this chat 😂, I was wondering about the award section of resumes, can I include a fellowship that I was accepted too, along with the distinction I graduated with and scholarships I’ve won? Also semi-related, do applicants who use AI for their application are they looked disfavorably compared to those who didn’t? Thank you

For awards - this is great - if you don’t have as much clubs/activities/volunteer work - ECs on the resume are better - there is room for awards in the actual application form. Unless you have a lower exam score, then the academic accomplishments can help. 
I think if you use AI in the right way, it can be good. but if you feed it the data and expect the essays to work, it won’t
They are looking for highly personalized essays - especially with AI. If they ask to disclose if you used it, you should be truthful and say you helped with research and idea generation.

If you registered for the event, it will show up in their CRM and you’ll note it in the application form. I’d recommend reaching out to a student - specifically from a club of interest and discuss their experience on academic, personal and professional fronts
