Hello guys
I have listened that students from India and China need a higher GMAT than the average at the US Business schools (some people say 20 or 30 points higher).
Student from Latam need a higher or lower GMAT than the average GMAT at the US business schools?.
Is there some trend on this issue in the las years?
Thank you.
Yes, it's correct that Indian and Chinese applicants generally need a higher GMAT score than school's average to maximize their chances of acceptance; however, the same is not true for LaTam applicants as we can see in below stats. (Just a to clarify these stats are of GMAT club users, not schools' official figures. As you can see at M7 schools, average GMAT of Latam admits is roughly the same as that of other applicants. At other super elite schools Avg GMAT of LaTam admits is considerably lower than that of their fellow admits from other parts of the world.
We will soon publish a detailed analysis of admission trends of Latam applicants like we did for Indian applicants..
